GENERAL RESERVATION TERMS

ARRIVAL TIME

All reservations, even with down-payment, are held until 5:00 p.m.
Please inform us in case of late arrival.

AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS

Your room is available at 2:00 p.m. at the latest.

DEPARTURE

Please vacate your room before 11:00 a.m. out of consideration to the next guests.

RESIDENTIAL STAYS

The rate comprises linen, water, electricity, television, beds made up upon arrival,
but no daily cleaning. A deposit of EUR 76 is required for dishes and cleaning of your kitchen when you leave.
You will get back the deposit of EUR 76 if you wash dishes and store them in the appropriate cupboards,
clean the kitchen, empty dustbins in the refuse area, empty and clean the fridge

DOWN PAYMENT

Every reservation is subject to a down payment:

Our establishment is authorised by its bank, the SOCIETE GENERALE, to use a CREDIT
CARD debit system (CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS),
for remote reception of down payments.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Every cancellation must be made in writing (mail, e-mail or fax) and is subject to an invoice for handling costs amounting to EUR 30
Any cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or E-mail).
If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the scheduled dates of the booking, the deposit will be automatically forfeited
( a minimum value of 1 night or 30% of the booking)
Cancellation charges of 30€ (thirty euros) will apply on cancellations notified more than 15 days in advance.
